SPIRIT SECURE TOKEN END USER TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use and Spirit AeroSystems
Information Assurance policies (provided
upon request) apply to your use of the Spirit Secure Token and your confidential
PIN (Personal Identification Number) to identify yourself when accessing certain
Spirit computing systems.
It is important that you take proper care of your Spirit
Secure Token, keep it safe and secure at all times and guard it against loss,
damage and theft.
Your PIN must remain confidential to you at all times.
You should never disclose your PIN to anyone. This includes your colleagues and
systems administrators at your company, and personnel who are, or claim to be,
representatives of Spirit. You should be extremely suspicious of any request for
your PIN, and you should report any such incident to the Spirit IT Help Desk
(316) 526-4357.
The privacy of your Spirit Secure Token and the
confidentiality of your PIN are crucial to the integrity and verification of
your Spirit identity, and to the security of your information and the networked
system(s) that may be accessed using your Spirit Identity.
If your Spirit Secure Token is lost, broken, damaged
or stolen, or if you believe that the confidentiality of your secret PIN has
been compromised in any way, you should report these incidents immediately to
the Spirit IT Help Desk (316) 526-4357. If you do not report these incidents
immediately, there is the risk that your Spirit identity has been, or may
become, compromised. Any activities
an unauthorized third party may carry out using your identity will compromise
the security and integrity of Spirit information and systems. You may be held legally responsible for the
activities of third parties using your identity.
You must not give, sell, rent, lend or otherwise
transfer your Spirit Secure Token even to someone you believe to be an authorized
user of the system.
You must not mistreat damage or open your Spirit
Secure Token or try to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate,
copy, or alter the Spirit Secure Token (or any of its components).
If your Spirit Secure Token is lost or stolen, Spirit may
be charged a replacement fee.
Should your Spirit account be terminated for any
reason, or if you no longer require the Spirit Secure Token, contact the Spirit
IT Help Desk (316) 523-4357 immediately to disable and return your Spirit
Secure Token.
